Shipping is $450.00 to the contiguous states of the United States. Delivery is by lift-gate to your curbside.
We use several LTL companies to carry out
our deliveries. The shipping rate quoted for the continental USA is by
lift-gate to a curbside. The shipper will not deliver the item into a house
as their insurance does not cover this aspect of delivery.
Additional
charges apply to all other areas including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Caribbean
Islands. If you are outside of the $450.00 Shipping areas or are unsure and would like to place an order please contact us using the

Shipping Time
While browsing our products you will notice that the product's
"Availability" is listed under its product information. This is the time it takes
for the product to be prepared at our warehouse and given to a shipper. The
time that the product spends in transit will vary depending on your location.

Curbside Delivery
Provides residential delivery curbside at street level via tractor trailer.
Lift-gate Service
Driver will bring crated tub from truck via lift-gate to street level at
curbside. You are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought
into your home, garage, etc. Lift-gate service is included on our tubs. The
truck driver will not bring the tub into your home.
Driver's Responsibility
The driver is not responsible for bringing freight into house, garage, etc.
and does not assist with unpacking, set up or clean up.
Scheduled Delivery
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are
available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an
approximate 4-hour period. Please include a good daytime phone number in the
shipping information at the time of check out. If the carrier is unable to reach you within two business days to schedule a delivery appointment you may be subject to additional charges such as storage fees, returning shipping cost back to us, and reshipping cost back to you . Extraordinary delivery
requirements may create additional delivery charges.
Spatial Restrictions and Obstructions
Spatial restrictions and obstructions include: small gravel road, low hanging
trees or just insufficient space in general for tractor trailer to make
delivery. Customer is responsible for advising us at the time of order or the
carrier when they call to schedule delivery appointment if the delivery
location is not accessible to tractor-trailers so appropriate modifications
(delivery or pick up location, type of truck required, etc.) can be made in
advance. If we discover after shipping that the freight company cannot
deliver the tub to your residence, we will notify you and have either the tub
held at the nearest terminal for three business days or try to arrange
delivery to another location. If the tub remains undelivered, the tub will
return to us and we will bill you for the actual storage and shipping charges
both ways.
Inspection upon Delivery
It
is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's
departure.
If the merchandise
appears to be damaged in any way, please refuse the delivery and notify us
immediately and we will dispatch a replacement.
All tubs leave our facility in
pristine new condition and since the shippers insurance will be voided unless
the above procedure of inspection is followed, we cannot be held responsible
for damage noted at a later date.
Pickup
Free pick up from our warehouse facility is available for uncrated tubs.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 3 business days of being placed. Refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees. Orders cancelled after 3 business days will be subject to a 25% fee of purchase price, excluding outbound shipping cost.
Return Policy:
*All customer requested custom color painted tubs are subject to a $300.00 return fee in addition to any other fees stated below.
*Any custom made products are non-returnable.
*Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
1. You call us 1.888.397.7477 to inform us within 30 days of receipt. 2. We will charge you 100% of the return shipping. *Please note our flat outbound shipping fee of $450.00 in most cases is less than the actual cost. We subsidized the outbound shipping cost so the return shipping cost will be more.* 3. Restocking fee of 25% applied to total purchase price excluding outbound shipping cost. 4.
If you prefer, you can pay for and ship the item back to us at your
expense. However, being a large shipper, we do qualify for discounts of
around 80% on our preferred shippers, so it will most likely cost you
less for us to arrange the return shipping, but it is your choice. 5. We will request payment for the 100% return shipping up front. 6.
When the item is returned to us in good original condition, we will
refund your original order price minus the 25% restocking fee within 3 days of receipt. 7. If parts are missing or damaged, we will contact you and inform you of this as we will need to deduct any repair costs. 8.
Unless there are parts missing or some big damage, your total out of
pocket expense on the return will be the outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost and 25% restocking fee.
